A cozy place in an exceptional location, within 10 minute walking distance from both lake promenade and Bled castle, and yet in a quiet neighborhood. There's a nice pub just downstairs and a few restaurants nearby, but there's also a fully equipped kitchen free to use with everything you might need (dishes, utensils, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc). The room was rather large, with a private bathroom and a private back door exit, everything very clean and comfortable. My wife found it a little bit cold but it was warm enough for me and there were extra blankets so it was really not a big deal. On top of everything, the host Mitja was very welcoming and outgoing and gave us some very helpful information about what to see in Bled and around the lake. All in all we really liked our stay at this place and when we come to Bled next time it will be our first option.

We liked everything about this accommodation. Staff, room, facilities, parking and breakfast were all excellent. Best of all, location is incredible.

The location is far, so plan ahead. However, it is more than worth it! The view is incredible and the people are even better. David and Anna were the highlight of our trip to Bled - they were such generous and fun hosts. Could not recommend more.

Very close to the train station, easy connections to Bled. We stayed in a recently renovated room and were very pleased with it. Honestly, our expectations were exceeded for the price we paid. Everything was great!

I spent one night at Guesthouse Osvald and was very pleased with my stay. The breakfast offered was good and gave a great start to the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable one-night stay. One nice surprise was discovering that the guesthouse has its own restaurant on-site. Since we didn’t have plans for dinner, we decided to try it out, and the food was delicious—definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, Guesthouse Osvald provided a cozy and pleasant experience.

Quaint comfortable and Denis was a wonderful host

It has a wonderful location in a quaint village, just outside of Bled on the way to Lake Bohinj; ideal for seeing both lakes and for avoiding a bit of the heavy summer traffic. The inn was lovely, the beds comfortable, the food good and reasonably priced, and the host was welcoming and helpful. We'd gladly stay here again!

Everything was perfect and beautiful. We were there for 2 nights and it was absolutely great.

This place was just 8 mins drive from Lake Bled yet away from the crowded places. I loved the neighboring area. The bed was comfortable and clean. Perfect for someone who would like to visit Lake Bled area.

Hopefully we can back to Bled in summer, because the staff tell us, summer is the best season to go to Bled. If there's that chance we will stay again in Carman House. Nice Job. We love Bled, we love Slovenia..

Breakfast was perfect, right next door. Other options wre available but, we opted for eating in the restaurant.

Excellent location in a quiet area, still the lake and the castle are in a walking distance. Modern and comfortable room and facilities, and a great view to the lake and the church. Kind and helpful staff, we have been provided with useful information about nearby sights and activities.

Wonderful guest house and helpful, thoughtful hosts. Great peaceful location and views and look forward to staying there again.

Lovely rooms with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The staff were polite and friendly and arranged a picnic for us as we were leaving before breakfast. A nice, homely and welcoming stay.
