Good location, exceptional courtyard with a swimming pool and lots of plants and birds, large rooms, enjoying tasty breakfast in the summer house, super friendly staff. The view from the large terrace was fantastic.

Super friendly staff, daily cleaning offered. Prime location in lamai with everything within walking distance but the accom is tucked down a side street with minimal noise. Highly recommend! Room is as pictured and is not a luxury resort, which the price reflects. Very good value

The breakfast was above average and no complaints. The staff was very polite almost timid or scared of the guests. But all in all a decent stay

Loved everything about staying here. From meeting the lovely family who own the hotel, to the room and location. It’s in the quieter side of Lamai (except for a bar across the road) with direct access to the beach. The room was always clean and the furniture and fixtures in good shape. Shower was always hot, and a small balcony overlooking the street was a nice extension to a decent sized room. The location has little restaurants, a Muay Thai gym, and of course the beach across the road. I would highly recommend.

The whole experience was wonderful! The room was nice and the view was great. I loved the pool and patio area! The breakfast was very delicious. The host and staff and all the other guests were lovely. I just felt so at home there! It was close to town - just down the hill. I was able to rent a really nice new motorbike from the host so it was really convenient.

I truly love this hotel. I’ve visited Koh Samui many times and even though I’ve visited many other places, there’s just something about this place that’s hard to describe,nowhere else compares. The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning I’ve never seen anything quite like it in Koh Samui before. It’s both creative and inspiring. The service is also exceptional every staff member is attentive, friendly, and genuinely cares about the guests I’ll definitely be coming back again in early 2026
