Our king bed was comfortable..Plenty of parking and a quiet location i would recommend this place.

Perfect place for two nights, nice quiet area, no issues at all throughout our stay. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here for price and overall comfortablilty. Location is a 10/10 for its distance to many fun things to do in sac, and just felt safe.

Very friendly staff, very prompt at responding and they leave you alone during your stay unless you need anything then they are very attentive I love staying here I've stayed here many times, in every single suite and I love them all, definitely might go to place, 100% recommend!

Had an Amazing stay!! very Clean and quiet.

Such a lovely, romantic place to stay! It’s such a gem to find a place like this amongst generic hotels. Everything was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms have modern amenities like Nest digital thermostats and streaming services, and our room (the Serenity suite) was even larger than we expected from the photos. We felt so welcomed and taken care of by the staff. Everyone was very kind and attentive. We will definitely stay here again if we can the next time we come to Sacramento!

As always, my stay at Family Laundry & Spa was hassle-free and comfortable. The place is spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. My needs can be a bit complex, but they handle everything with ease and care. I’ll keep coming back here every time I’m in town—highly recommended.

the concierge was exceptionally nice - contacted me ahead of time to let me know they were expecting me and checking to see if i needed anything on arrival. really very welcoming and I felt well taken care of for my stay. the room was beautiful, comfortable and super charming. the location was perfect. couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay.
