Everything was absolutely perfect. Self checkin with clear instruction from the owner (who is so nice and super helpful for everything), clean and spacious rooms, close to all amenities around Ninh Binh city (now Hoa Lu), shampoo and shower gel, towels and I’m sure missing some things. 100% recommend !

I have been backpacking in Vietnam for last two weeks and this is the best stay experience I had so far. This is a homestay run by a family and the host lady is amazing. Every time you see her, she would greet you with a big smile and ask for free coffee. She even offered free coffee to my friends who visited me there. Although, she doesn’t speak English but is always there with Google translate to help you out. This host goes way and beyond to help you with anything you need. She even drove me to the bank to exchange a damaged 500.000 note I got from the ATM and was returning the money for the second day as I was leaving in the evening. And not to mention, she has two lovely kids who will offer you candies with a smile. Lastly, she asked me to cancel my grab booking and dropped me to the bus stop. This kinda experience restores your faith in people and makes you think that kindness still hasn’t left this earth. Kudos to all the efforts she is putting in running this homestay. I wish her all the best!

Overall very good stay. The room is massive and very clean. The location is great to go around the area and visit the different places in Ninh Binh. Taking a scooter (that you can rent there for the day) Tam Coc is 15min away, Trang A complex 10min, Hoa Lu 15-20 min, Bai Dinh pagoda 20min. The family in the Homestay is lovely and the breakfast is also very nice. The omelette, in particular, I don’t know why, it was so good.

Location was perfect, not too far from Tam Coc town by motorbike, bicycle, or foot. But far enough to be quiet and calming. Rooms and shared spaces incredibly clean and comfortable. Wonderful place, peaceful, surrounded by nature and bungalows with a view on the lake. We are so happy to have stayed here and even happier with the hospitality and nice treatment we got from the staff. They give you free bikes so you can easily go to Mua Caves and the Dragon mountain which is less than 10mins away. We also rented a scooter for the 2nd day and everything was very easy. Would love to come back if we are ever in Vietnam again!
