The reception staff were excellent—both employees were warm and welcoming, with the woman in particular going above and beyond by communicating clearly using Google Translate. I also had the chance to meet the owner one evening; he was friendly, spoke very good English, and offered helpful recommendations for the rest of my trip in Vietnam. The room itself was comfortable, especially the bed and duvet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hot water worked perfectly, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the water filter at reception and the kettle in the room, which allowed me to avoid using plastic bottles.

A rare and wonderful place! Absolutely beautiful — well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. Flowers everywhere add such a lovely touch. The staff are simply amazing! The lovely manager took care of everything we needed and even invited us to join them for dinner.
