We stayed at Blue Shutter House in Haenertsburg and absolutely loved it. The rooms are so nicely decorated, warm and cosy, and everything has been thought through so well. There’s a lovely room where you can all sit together with friends, such a comfortable and inviting space. The outdoor area is special, especially in warmer weather. The boma and BBQ area are perfectly set up and it has everything you need. The whole place feels very cared for, comfortable and fully equipped without feeling overdone. It’s one of those places where you immediately feel at home. We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely room in a beautiful setting. We went to the little restaurant next door and enjoyed a drink on the deck overlooking the hills. The owner was welcoming and helpful.
