The cottage was luxuriously appointed, including quality toiletries, soft snuggly dressing gowns and slippers. The decor was modern, light and airy. The bed was super comfortable. It was immaculately clean. The location is perfect, a 2 minute stroll to the shops and galleries.

Our friend was getting married in the area and we decided to stay at Dixiglen Farm. Everything was perfect and the host even made fresh bread, provided bacon and eggs as well as home made jams and honey. We definitely recommend and will stay here again should we have any future events in the area!

The location was quiet and calm surrounded by beautiful trees. The space is private and cozy. There were lovely touches, like fresh flowers, fresh firewood set up for a fire in the little fireplace, and plenty of fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, milk, juice, fresh ground coffee, and tea options for breakfast. The staff were friendly and responsive. The location is good for a quick walk into town for shopping and food as well as to get to spaces to walk in nature. I could not recommend this place enough!
