Very clean, good location and for an extra 3$ you can eat the best breakfast in the city. A plus to Stefano, you can speak with him in English and helped me to avoid extra money for the agency for visiting Pailon del Diablo ( direct bus nearby, ask him). Advice: pay attention to tours offered by the agency, there are so many but you can do most of the activities by yourself.

Was absolutely blessed to stay with Bettina and Darwin- both incredible cooks as well. They are a wealth of knowledge and kindness, as well as one of the many reasons we want to come back to Banos specifically. You would be lucky to stay here! The staff was excellent. Very accommodating, great view. Ordered a taxie for us. Baños was a loverly small town. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The only problem would be walking up the hill. But was not a problem for us. Taxie service

The view from the room was amazing! We watched people jumping from the bridge, enjoyed the views and sound of the river in the canyon below, and marveled at the clouds rolling down the mountainside. Truly spectacular!
