QatarThis place is exceptional. It is exactly like the pictures. Absolutely no unpleasant surprises at all. From the hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness of the host to the cleanliness (which I cannot emphasize enough) and modern look to the place... just amazing. The host helped us with everything we needed without blinking an eyelash. She was sweet and even gave us restaurant recommendations. We opted to have breakfast 1 day out of the 2 we stayed there. It was simple, humble, yet delicious. Her omlette is good. What we loved the most about the place is how CLEAN it was, the SPECTACULAR snow-capped (we visited in April) mountain view you get from the window with the beanbags (cows walked right past while we were sipping homemade hot chocolate that we made using the microwave and store bought ingredients), and the comfiness and spaciousness. The heaters worked wonderfully. The room was always toasty. There was plenty of hot water whenever we needed it. We felt like we needed extra covers. Lo and behold, we opened the sofa bed and there was a plethora of extra towels, bed covers, pillows, sheets, etc. All wonderfully clean. We only used an extra duvet though. Overall, it was an extraordinary stay. If I could, I would rate it 20/10!!

Tamari was a great host, she is a very nice person and a great cook! She prepared gorgeous breakfast and dinner for us and took care of our two little children. :-) She speaks enough English to get along, her daughter who is often around speaks very well English and is happy to help if needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot with the great view to Kazbegi!

Great staff. Double room view to yard and has private bathroom. The yard is beautiful and gree, and there are some chairs to sit. It has a good kitchen and dining table. The bed has clean linen and towels. The buliding has parking.

Very nice place close to bus station, shop, restaurants with a mountain view from outside. Clean and cosy, with private bathroom and shower with hot water.
Especially worth to mention are the hosts-very nice and caring, they borrowed me an umbrella for a walk when it was raininig and took me with the car to the station before leaving, so I don't get wet. It was possibile to leave the luggage after checking out.
Good price and good conditions - I recommend strongly!

Great location in the city, Marika the owner always asked if I needed anything and the bed was very comfortable.
Also I could wash all my clothes for free which is a nice bonus
