Very close to bus stop, very clean room. Yes, it's a little cramped, but it's great value for your money. The receptionist was very helpful and polite, made sure everything was clear when checking in. Close to the lake, within about 15 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The building and the garden are beautiful, and there is a wonderful view on the Balaton from the property. The location is excellent as it is very close to Római út and a lot of wine bars, vineyards and restaurants can be reached on foot, or you can walk to the train station or the ferry stations and do an excrusion from there. The room was nicely furnished and spacious, and there are also wellness facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, pool) at the property. The breakfast was also delicious, and the manager on site was very kind.

Everything was excellent, even better than expected. The room is beautiful, spacious, very clean, and well maintained. In reality it looks even better than in the photos. The location is great, very close to the city center, so everything is easily reachable on foot. Parking is available on the street in front of the apartment and it was easy to find a free spot. The parking is also affordable and even free during the weekend. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
