Bokmakierie Villas in Windhoek was like a peaceful sanctuary. The room was super comfortable including my own private courtyard and a big bath. The delicious home made rusks were a very welcome touch. Hosts, Jan and Mariette were very helpful with any inquiries before my arrival, during my stay and were very kind to me when I wasn't feeling well. There was a coffee shop and also a castle restaurant within easy walking distance. The city center was not far by taxi (LEFA worked well for me). As a solo traveler, I felt very safe at Bokmakierie Villas.

Our stay here was perfect. It is centrally located and the Bougenvilla Mall just across the road has excellent restaurant options and cute shops. The bed were incredibly comfortable and the premises were peaceful and quiet.
