The property was great. It has a beautiful rustic charm fitting of Cusco. The rooms were large, warm, quiet, clean and very comfortable and had great views of the city. The showers were wonderfully hot and bathrooms well kept. Breakfast was fantastic. A great variety of fruit, bread, yogurt, pancakes, and eggs. They also had fresh juice, coffee, and tea. The property had tea, coffee, hot water and filter water available all day which was perfect for enjoying the afternoon on the back verandah. The location was perfect. A easy walk to the city center, shops, restaurantes, and tours. It was an easy location for many tour companies to pick up from the property. The staff were very helpful. They assisted in transport to and from the airport, and stored our luggage while away on a trip until we returned. The property is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and families.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of San Blas without being far from the main square. San Blas, by the way, is where all the cool restaurantes, bars, shops, cool streets, and 12 sided rocks are located in Cusco. Our three bed bedroom was perfect and even had a small private patio and confortable dressing room which is appreciated with three per room. The shower was hot, the sheets where super comfy and so where the mattresses. The hotel has a series of beautiful courtyards which are very instagrammable if that is your thing. I would very much recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Excellent and outstanding hotel, I can highly recommend it for the following reasons. Without a doubt, we will stay here again. 1) Super-fast internet 2) Hot showers within seconds, soap and shampoo dispenser, soft towels. 3) Individually made breakfast, rich, yummy, and tasty 4) new property -- everything is shiny and great conditions 5) clean and well-appointed rooms and hotel area; comfortable beds and 6) within a few meters from the collectives (bus) from Cusco and short 5 min walk to the trains to Matchu Pitchu 7) store your luggage/suitcase for free when going to Matchu Pitchu (even for days) 8) outstanding service during our stay 9) very safe with 24/7 reception and away from the noise of the main square 10) comfortable lobby area with free water, coffee, tea - 24/7 11) excellent communication and help with the hotel over booking.com messages with travel planning (pre-stay and during the stay) 12) We loved every minute -- hopefully you too.

Perfect location in a quiet area and not uphill. The breakfast is delicious. I love the multiple options. This is likely the best bed, pillow, and towels I had in the month I have been traveling Perú. You can pay with credit card or any other method.

Nice hotel in a small quieter street of Ollantaytambo yet close to the Plaza de Armas. rooms are nice and comfy, the staff super nice and helpful and breakfast was excellent (freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, bread butter and jam and more !) The view from the rooftop (where breakfast is served) on the fortress is incredible!

The couple running the hostel are absolutely lovely. They are so friendly and happy to help with everything - restaurant recommendations, booking bus tickets to Machu Picchu, giving general advice for Machu Picchu, booking a private guide etc. The breakfast included was amazing too - fruits, egg, bread etc. - perfect meal before setting off to Machu Picchu. The room itself was great with a private bedroom and a view of the scenery outside. The hostel was spotless and in a great location.

Great location on quiet street (no cars) with view overlooking the Inca Site. We had use of their kitchen to cook basic meals. They also gave us a heater for a small fee to help with the cold June nights. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful and arranged a taxi back to Cusco at a very reasonable rate.
