The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, helping us to check in early, find details of a local gym, book taxis and just went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. The room was super comfy and beyond clean. The breakfast and lunge space was also great. All round we loved our stay.

Very nicely designed hotel with beautiful room designs! The receptionist was very friendly and introduced all facilities and the room! Everything was very new (only opened for 8 month) and very clean!

Melody put so much love into her guesthouse. The decor is in 3D if you look closely, the rooms are comfortable, she is such a great host. As soon as you book she sends you places to visit and where to eat, not just a few options but very many. She takes personal care of you. Her breakfast is homemade.

Location is perfect (3 mins walk to red line). The place is so clean, beds are very comfortable and chilling area is so lovely. The staff is so sweet. I told Jane at checkin I was going to Hualien and she typed 3 pages of recommendations and printed them for me without me even asking. The kindest. Not sure why this place isn’t rated 10/10.
