The Best Western Plus Hotel Genoa was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the city center, and a close walk to the port and the main walking street. Grace at the front desk was incredibly helpful, especially when we were stranded at Principe metro without any taxis around.
The rooms were clean and spacious.

It's a Best Western, so you know the brand and what it's like to stay at one of their hotels. The hotel itself is fine, no parking on site but there is an underground parking just a few minutes away by foot at 25 eur per day. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable enough. Has all the amenities you need and also hot pot for tea. Breakfast was included and had typical Italian foods. Was good enough for a short stay. The city center and main sights are reslly just 5 minutes by foot or less, so great location.

I have stayed at this Best Western hotel many times over the years and the staff are great, its a comfy hotel which is well positioned to explore the city of Genoa
