Best Western Hotels in Orlando

Booking.com showing Best Western Orlando Gateway Hotel as four star hotel where as other sites display it as three star hotel. I booked hotel with expectation of 4 star hotel and it is way down to exepctation. I paid $330 for 2 nights where as other geniun 4 star hotel (Buena Vista Suites Orlando) was showing me $350. I thought I am smart and saving few bucks and eventually lost $330 :(

Roaches in bathrooms, fridge and TV countertops in both rooms rented. I told someone at the counter but he basically just pretended to write my name and rooms down as if they would contact us about it. No word yet. The Rosen Inn was definitely cleaner and worth the money than this Best Western so I definitely will not be back next year. I have photos of the roaches and will post photos if not contacted soon about the issue
