Best Western Hotels in Thailand

The front desk staff, including Tiger and the lady who assisted us during check-in, were friendly and courteous, making us feel welcome from the start. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location was convenient—within walking distance to the BTS station and about a 40-45 minute drive to Suvarnabhumi Airport via the expressway with Grab. There are also several nice coffee shops and cafés nearby, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

My experience in Best Western Chatuchak was amazing. The thing that I loved most while staying here, was the behavior of all the employees. They were always willing to help and had a smile on their face. The room that was given to us at first did not have a good view. But when I asked them to give another room, they sincerely gave us another room with a better view. I needed a help to book a hop on/ hop off bus tour, both the employees at reception earnestly helped me book the tour. The check-in and check-out service was very quick. The breakfast of the hotel was amazing. I stayed here for 10 days, and the items were yummy and not repetitive. The whole interior and vibe of the hotel was very aesthetic. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch.

FANTASTIC!🤩 the best hotel we’ve found in Bangkok! The staff are all so lovely and very welcoming, we were made to feel absolutely at home from the very first foot in the door🤗 We drove for nearly 4hours to reach the hotel and were nearly 2hours early for check in, we were more than happy to leave our bags and find some lunch until the correct time, but the team immediately worked to find us an available room for early check in which was very, very appreciated after such a long drive. I didn’t realize I had booked (in a last minute rush) a 2single bed room, but once again the team sprung into action and without me asking they immediately offered to change the room so me and my wife could have one big bed, again this is very much appreciated and it’s little things like this that go a very long way to making you feel so welcome. We requested to possibly have a 1hour later check out time as we had an appointment with an embassy and they were more than happy to help accommodate🤗 We also telephoned and requested an off-road parking space which once again they were more than happy to accommodate. The hotel is in a great location, is spotlessly clean, and lovely and cool with a fresh perfumed lobby upon entry. They have a great swimming pool and a good restaurant with lots of menu options. The rooms are lovely and a very good size with everything you need. A very powerful and hot shower with a large rain head, organic body soap and shampoo, hair dryer for the wife, spotlessly clean, very comfortable soft and squishy bed and pillows (a must for me with a bad back and shoulders) and most importantly very quiet. We were over looking the pool (opposite the main road) and didn’t hear a single noise and nothing from other guests all day and all night…top quality sound proofing🤩 very hard to find in most Bangkok hotels. FYI, our room was much tidier than the photos show before we got into it lol.

Very clean and spacious room.

I had a huge room with a seaview on almost the top floor of the hotel. The view was a little marred with the building in front of it, but still I could see the ocean, which is what I wanted. The room was clean and comfortable, with good AC. I especially appreciated the fact that they had a permanent key card in the electricity slot for the room, which meant the AC would stay running even if I was out of the room, so the room stayed cool. The restaurant was very good for both one dinner and all the breakfast times. The staff there were very nice, as were the front desk clerks. I enjoyed the pools for short periods of time and there were always plenty of chairs available.
