Great location, easy to find and very quiet. We stayed with our two teenage daughters who both initially were horrified when we told them that we're staying on a boat this year, instead of a hotel. After approx 2 mins of stepping on the boat, they were very happy with our choice of accomodation. The boat is very clean and well presented, the pictures don't give it enought justice! We were hit by a storm and consequently worried about getting a good nights sleep, but the boat ballasts did their job and we all had a good night. Most reviews mention Emma, and for good reason, wonderful welcome and excellent demo on how to use the boats facilities etc. If the starts align and it works, we'll be back.

staying on Narrowboat "Powys" on the Grand Union canal only 5 minutes walk to Paddington was the most enjoyable trip to London that I've had. The quiet and peace on the canal is so unexpected for London but until you've sat out on the bow or the transom and enjoyed your morning tea watching the ducks swim by you will never understand how lovely and peaceful it is. The Kitchen is a big bonus and having breakfast on the boat and some snacks for the evening was a serious benefit. The information provided will help you navigate the differences as it is a boat after all but I loved it.

We had a gorgeous stay on "Princess Lucy". Loved the quaint and cozy atmosphere of staying in the boat and lovely furnishings.. Prompt and helpful communication with the host. Loved the proximity to Little Venice and lovely local food offerings, particularly the Bridge House. One of the highlights was our tour down the cana into Camdenl provided by the host.

Stayed on this cool boat during Thorpe Park Fright Night. Excellent place to stay with convenient access into the theme park from the harbour and was amazing to be able to get back to a nice chill boat. Simon was super helpful. Can't wait to return.
