Amazing experience from beginning to end! The service is over the top incredible & we enjoyed every moment. The food was delicious, the staff was so accommodating, and the views were breathtaking. Our butler Jason was so kind and helpful, we loved having him! Nar and Tevez were as also really great. I highly recommend this cruise, it’s the best option in Ha Long Bay.

Beautiful cabin, really enjoyed kayaking and swimming. Staff was great. Staff made sure we had great choices for dinner, shared information with us about our next destination.

the food was outstanding-beautifully presented, fresh, and plentiful with options that suited both adults and children. Meals were a real highlight of the cruise and exceeded our expectations/ Staff were attentative and service was fantastic. had my birthday on there with my family and they went over and above to make sure that we had a good experience. It was certainly a lovely way to experience Ha long bay.

Every thing clean luxury and well organized

The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

The crew is amazing and the cruise is brand new. We enjoyed the different activities especially the painting session with Huan, it was very nice!

They have the schedule down to a science where one can do a lot of activities without feeling overwhelmed. The service was simply great, with all crew members being calm and helpful and amazing. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, with great views (balcony’s a must!)

Friendly staff, nice and spacious rooms

I’ve done this same cruise twice now. All the staff (Martin, Dat…) are exceptional. Food is very good, the boat is clean, rooms are lovely, excursions are fun. I wouldn’t change anything about the cruise and I highly recommend doing 2 days 3 nights with nostalgia.

Hung was a stellar host, who painstakingly catered to different groups' needs. He is extremely knowledgeable, and funny, and most of all, patient. The itinerary was cohesive, exhaustive and fun! Especially enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the ocean. Staff was accommodating and polite. A fun overall experience, will highly recommend for youngsters, families and all.
