The ferry boat was small and over crowded and broke down 10 mins into the ride. However they helped get us on new boats but was a 3 hour delay and chaos

Absolutely the best location in Uluwatu area. It’s a 100ft ship anchored right in the middle of all the best surf locations. And it’s only 1-2 minutes by boat to get to land so you have best of both worlds. The Indonesian staff are phenomenal.
