the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was amazing, with a stunning view and great location near the local beaches. wonderful restaurants around the area. the pool was great for spending a few hours just lounging around, and the pool bar was top.

Everything it's perfect at this place. Room's are luxurious with lovely balcony. Peace and quiet far from bussy Ulcinj. Perfect pool, breakfast perfect, staff more than helpful.

The property was easy to find. Our hosts graciously welcomed us and showed us our apartment. Hygiene was exceptional, just the way I like it. It is completely brand new with all new furnishings and appliances. The kitchen contains all of the necessities for basic meal preparation after a long day at the beach. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes away from our favorite beach by car. It is in a quiet neighborhood where you can get a good night of sleep. Our hosts were exceptional in every way. They were very pleasant and helpful, I can't praise them enough. We traveled with our small dog, which was pre-approved by the hosts. We are responsible dog owners and picked up after our dog in the yard which was appreciated. It was a positive and wonderful visit from start to finish. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Delicious breakfast and location

The best place for relaxing, with a swimming pool, excellent accommodations facilities, very close to the sea and to the main city. Very quite place and excellent owners, very helpful and kind. In addition, the option for an excellent breakfast is a must.

Everything was exceptional from the staff to the rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were well equiped and very clean. The hotel is very close to the beach and a short walk from the centre. 20/10 would recommend.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to the lady at the reception, who was exceptionally kind. Even though the check-out time was at 9:00 AM, she kindly allowed us to stay until the late afternoon because the property was not very busy. She also provided us with everything we needed and made us feel very welcome.

It was a nice place, everything was clean there and without noises. The kitchen has all facilities. The beach was close and there were market and restaurants around.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners are so professional and wonderful. Great communication, transparency and value for the price. The apts and common areas are very clean and fully equipped with everything necessary for your stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone.

Overall it was fabulous experience in the 'shoulder' season. Hosts are very humble intellectual couple without egoistic drive for money. Their prime concern is the satisfied client and positive human interaction. For me that was enough... while they do provide all you need for comfortable stay at peaceful location 5 minutes walk from one huge splendid beach.

Overall, the proximity to the sea, the attitude of the staff, and there is a restaurant next door were wonderful.

The apartment was awesome! It was clean, had two bathrooms, and three climate systems, which was super helpful on hot days. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming too.
