Very nice. Has all the amenities and more. Great location. We walked to a delicious pizza restaurant. Scenery is beautiful, house is cozy, and host is very nice. Would be a great base for travels in the area. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the sleeping barrels which were so cute! A little warm at night in the summer but that’s all part of the camping experience. The location was excellent. Situated right on the lake and surrounded by mountains. We were able to spend the full day swimming and playing on their inflatable water structure. There was a restaurant directly on the lake as well so we could grab a bite to eat. The facilities were great as well. Bathrooms were very clean as well as showers. Dishwashing and laundry were available on site. Reception was lovely and were able to help us with any issues, even lent us ping pong paddles so we could play on the tables they had set up! Overall a great stay, would 100% go again!

Really nicely furnished accommodations. Kind of above my normally budget standard of living. Everything you need or like to make your meals. Also excellent view from the living room or all around right outside your door.

We had a wonderful stay! Sabrina was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She even surprised us with delicious chocolates and fresh fruit when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. There is also a fantastic restaurant right below the apartment with very delicious food. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Tyrolean Alps, breathtaking views, outstanding hiking, 20 minutes from downtown Innsbruck, free cable car rides with the Welcome Card, spacious, fully equipped, tastefully renovated 2-bedroom apartment for a price less than a typical hotel room in Innsbruck. Best deal ever.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The couple who run the place were incredibly kind and provided fantastic advice on local attractions and activities. The breakfast, personally prepared by the owners, was delicious and full of options. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, complete with a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining area. The bedroom featured a large, cozy bed with the most comfortable mattress and pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The porch was spacious, and it offered a breathtaking view that truly made my stay memorable.

What makes this property is the host. She is a kind person that has been renting out rooms in her house for about 50 years - long before booking.com and the like. You will definitely be engaged with her and she's knowledgable on the area and the history and is ready to assist. The portion of the house that is rented is set apart from her quarters, so it is not awkward. There is a dedicated guest dining area where she serves a nice breakfast. The is a small kitchenette if you wanted to cook something simple. There is also a small common area for playing cards, socializing, or planning the days events. We liked the location, particularly because we had a car and parking in Innsbruck can be tricky or expensive. You get a free bus pass if you stay at least two nights and the #404 bus is only a few blocks away and take you right downtown in about 40 minutes - about the same time as driving and parking. And lodging away from downtown Innsbruck is generally less expensive. Let her know if you are coming by car because Google will take you to the wrong street. The car entrance is located on the opposite side but you need to drive a bit to get there.

The apartment was breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful. If you are around Innsbruck and search for a great location then this is the place to go. It takes a bit until you arrive there but it is absolutely worth making a small detour. One of the best stays we ever had.

We were greeted by the host warmly. It was a comfortable stay. The view was excellent from the balcony and all the rooms. The place was spacious, spotless clean and well maintained. Location is perfect especially if you are with car.

Good location, very close to the bus stop where ski bus passes by. The owner is really friendly and warm hearted. The ski boots dryer works perfectly.

The family living there was super nice and helpful in giving suggestions about what to see and do. It was pretty convenient to get to Innsbruck and there are nearby trails. The free transportation card was also a great bonus! The house was very clean and homey. It feels super safe to stay there, it was a very residential area. Groceries were quite close also.
