We would have stayed for a month if we'd had the time. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone with kids who wants to be in a quaint town with loads of amenities for families. We can't wait to go back!

Imagine coming to your aunt in countryside. It's actually like that. The warm hospitality, very clean rooms and feeling like you more than welcome. Very nice and helpful owner. I was with big car and had parking. I even stayed one more night. It is simple but good value for money.

We had a lovely stay! Such a beautiful estate. Everything needed is at the house and more. Location was amazing, so much to do nearby as well as shops and restaurants. Our Family trip was everything we hoped it would be and better. Would recommend!

The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything we needed plus more. The location was great. Right off the main road through the valley to the ski resort.

The chalet is beautiful with an amazing view. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and sauna all worked well. The kitchen had the necessary pots, pans, and cutlery to prepare meals. The family running the chalet were attentive to our requests. The restaurant is excellently run and delicious.

The hotel was excellent. A family run business and all were helpful and friendly. It was a joy to stay there. The room was roomy and light. Easy excess.The room was cleaned every day and if we needed anything it was taken care of. The area was peaceful and beautiful.

The hotel is ideally located in Oetz, close to the swimming pool, the city center, the mountain lifts, the supermarket and the Kids Park. You can do everything by foot. Beyond this, the room was clean, we had a nice view on the mountains and a balcony. The breakfast is good and generous. Not the best we had but this is still a nice place to have it. The owner and staff have been welcoming.

Great modern and recently refurbished facilities; spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen; modern bathroom and kitchen; great self-service sauna; comfortable bed; nice small balcony; comfortable large locker for snowboards that in summer will easily fit bikes; drying room for ski boots; ski bus stop very close (2min); closest ski lift less than 5 min by bus; very helpful and responsive service - very good and efficient communication; nice extra touches from the host that create comfortable and warm atmosphere (very pleasant soap, bread delivery, welcoming snack).

Great, very spacious appartment in great location - close to Piburg See, Stuibnfall, Aqua Dome and more. Fully equipped kitchen, big, comfortable bathroom, within walking distance to a couple supermarkets and restaurants. Very easy to communicate with the helpful host. Easy self check-in/out. Highly recommended!

This place truly makes you feel at home. Karolin, the owner, treats guests more like friends than customers, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The apartments are thoughtfully set up, cozy, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent. The house and my room was clean. Bathroom was spotless. Beautiful mountain view from the breakfast area. The breakfast had a variety of choices and they were all delicious. Especially liked the fried eggs! The house is located in a quite street, a few steps from the main street and 5 minutes walk to the bus station.

The apartment was super comfortable with 3x balconies and very nice sitting area to relax and look out at the mountains. The location above the city was great for views and for us a good trade off for the 15 minute walk to the supermarket and into town. It is a pretty good walk back up but it’s not an issue if you’re reasonably fit.

Beautiful, clean place. Everything was very nice and ready for us. The linens were clean, the coffee and wine was great, the sauna was a fun surprise.

Nice apartment with everything you need. The host is really nice and gives good tips and hints for the area.
