the house was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. we loved the kitchen especially, with basic utensils to cook dinner for the 3 nights we stayed. the condiments provided were very basic (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc.) so highly recommend to bring your own seasonings etc if you plan to cook something extensive. a whole bunch of cute wallabies hopping around and nibbling on grass on the open field / hill next to the property! i could just watch them forever from the amazing balcony / deck. we would definitely choose again if we decide to travel in Bruny Island in the future.

How cost it was! Walking in to an already stoked fire and warm cottage was amazing on a cold and rainy day 😊 the wild life was an added bonus! The kids loved the wallabies, rabbits and the brightest colored birds we’d seen in Tasmania! We also loved playing the monkey game - thanks for stocking lots of fun things to do inside while the weather is a bit dreary.
