The front desk person was very helpful and made us get a 2 bed apartment for the 3 of us, all supplied with toiletries and towels. All rooms have airconditioning, locatiob was a qiick walk to Parrammatta station and shopping and great restaurants. And, car park was within the building and so close to the elevators.. thanks for a wonderful stay!

It was an excellent experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and thoroughly furnished, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, the living area was spacious, and the bedroom offered a great night's sleep thanks to the cozy bed and quiet surroundings. Overall, KULA Apartment Parramata is an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good value in the area. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location, friendly staff and really nice room. Were in town for a concert at Olympic Park, so great location for the train to/from the concert. Close to a major shopping center and a lot of restaurants.

Friendly and responsive owners - the TV was broken and was promptly replaced by the owner within a couple of days. Facility was clean and only 10 minutes from Cabramatta. The property was clean and had good facilities which included fully functioning wifi, a washing machine and well-maintained bathrooms.

It was my peaceful stay, no one interrupt my privacy.

the location (near shopping mall and train station) and the amazingly clean cozy place! Nancy and Chris were excellent! They were able to situate us an early check in; not to mention, they sent a cleaning crew in the middle of our stay which I greatly appreciated. The place with an exhilarating view is fantastic! Everything my family needed were provided--looking forward on booking this place again.
