The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. It also felt like great value for money, especially for tourists. Even though we arrived quite late, the host was very kind and responsive, helping us get into the apartment smoothly without any stress

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. A superb view from the balcony and the welcoming feel to the apartment. Well equipped with air conditioner, smart tv, iron, hair dryer, washing machine and in a great location close to the beachs and restaurants. Although for sandy beaches you need 5-10 Minutes car drive. Towels (three for each person), additional bed sheets, shower gel were available in the apartment and it was very clean. In the kitchen you have everything you need - refrigator, cooking pans, dishes, water boiler, microwave and toast. The host was very friendly and supportive, he even met us late in the evening as our flight was delayed. He answered all our questions and gave us really good recommendations about our trip in Azerbaijan. Plus point is that besides english the host could also speak German which was very helpful in communication as well. Thank you Nejat for your warm welcome in Sumgayit. We are looking forward to see you in Berlin :)

Owner was responsive, very helpful and would go the extra mile to help. We needed cash to exchange and a SIM card. He was helpful and took us in person to sort out. Thank you The place was as described and clean. It looks like it’s a new property. Easy to park the car and close to amenities. Would definitely stay again

Very clean rooms, everything available in house for comfortable time spending. House owner Mr. Tarlan very good person. He fluently speaks Russian. House really designed luxury. Digital TV available also. Sea view makes you feel happy.
