The hosts were very friendly and extremely hospitable. My room (single) was somewhat on the small side, but nonetheless everything was practically setup with all the needed comfort.

The property was spotless clean and the host was very friendly and gave the best for the comfort of the guest. The location is great and calm and in a short drive distance to the Brussels center.

From the moment I arrived, Adam went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. He kindly arranged a shuttle service to pick me up from the airport, which was incredibly helpful, especially since it was my first time in Belgium and I was unfamiliar with the area. Adam assisted me with practical tasks like purchasing a SIM card and even took me to the supermarket to stock up on groceries. His responsiveness was exceptional—anytime I reached out with a question or needed assistance, he replied promptly. The house itself is situated in a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood, offering a quiet and serene environment. It was consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My room was fully equipped with everything I needed, including thoughtful touches like phone chargers. Overall, my experience was both enjoyable and relaxing, and I’m truly grateful to Adam for his hospitality and support. Thank you so much!

room was a good value for the money, host was onsite most of the time and responded quickly to any issues. room was good size and had an adaquately stocked kitchen. grocery store was close

This family (father & daughter) run boutique hotel is run with a central focus on supporting travellers. The staff's kindness is amazing and extends far beyond what one can reasonably expect. "Restaurant closed? No worries, we'll get you something to eat." "Need to be at the airport at 5:30? No worries, we'll get you there. We'll prepare you a packed breakfast you can eat later at the airport." Perfect as a Brussel's airport hotel, but we will stay there again, even if we are not flying. Excellent restaurant. Many thanks to the staff for your excellent service!

Nice location and value for money

The complex and our flat looked like they were brand new. Very spacious and well equipped. Most importantly for us was the underground parking with a personal remote although street parking was free and available day and night as well. Very easy check-in and check-out (with no human interaction, which seems to be the trend these days). A small town of Zaventem with its narrow streets was nice and a big grocery store just 15 minutes walk away.

Very Nice and comfortable facilities, has washer and dryer, very responsive owner, beautiful garden and patio, fully equipped kitchen.

I loved the space and its cozyness! More important, omg the arcade machine with all the best Neo Geo games. That was the highlight of my night spent there!!! 😁 I wanna go back just for it!!!

Cooling machine inside, kitchen, shower and sitting couch were very good. Nice area where you can eat and/or order food easily. Nice sitting outside behind in the garden.

Stay like in Paradise, nice stay!

The apartment looks just as it does in the pictures. It is spacious and comfortable for a family of 3-4. The apartment, beds, sheets, bathroom, and towels were all clean and tidy, except for the oily and dirty kitchen hood. There were enough towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area and has its own parking space. Overall, we liked the apartment and the neighborhood. The host was communicative and supportive, but since he was out of town, he couldn't assist much. We would have given a higher score if we hadn’t been freezing for the first two days.

Nice place to stay if you have a flight to catch the next day. Very friendly and helpful host. In a nice residential neighborhood.
