The location and the free parking.

The apartment is very well located, close to restaurants and main attractions.

The staff was very nice, and although they could not accomodate my request for an early check-in nor to keep my luggage, they wer very nice.

Clean, many useful stuffs available inside the apartment, near to useful stores, near to the beaches.

Simona, the owner, is the cutest angel. She welcomed me with a hug and let me check in earlier. Everything felt so relaxed and I felt very comfortable staying in this cute little hostel. It felt more like a home. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, an short Uber ride to beautiful Vila Velha and a beautiful viewpoint with a view over the city and beach, it's only a small hike. It is also easy and cheap using Uber. Simona also speaks a little bit English and helped me with every question I had. It was so easy to connect with the other guests. Everyone was so friendly and easy to get in touch with. I really enjoyed my stay.

I arrived very early after an overnight bus, and checking in was no problem at all. The staff even let me know (without me asking) that I could store my bags for free on my checkout day, which was really helpful. There’s a large kitchen available (though I didn’t use it), and the location is very close to the bus station. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re passing through.

Pleasant staff and well located.

If you’re willing to sacrifice basics like comfort and cleanliness, location is the only thing I could say they advertise right!
