We loved everything about this penthouse. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding and blankets were perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped. We did groceries and made our own breakfast every morning so that we could get out early and start our day. All the amenities you need are provided. The living area was comfortable and cozy. Loved the fireplaces in every room. We would absolutely stay here again without a doubt!

Beautiful 20 minute scenic walk to downtown. Located in ideal situation for quiet and relaxing time on a weekend.

The location was great! Quiet and safe neighborhood. We did not have to worry about parking or traffic like you would staying right in town. Super close to downtown Canmore and restaurants/shopping. We were out and about all day every day, so it was nice to come back to a place that felt like a home. The hosts were always available and helpful. They also tidied up while we were out during the day. They got the trash/recycle and replaced the hand towels. We had three rooms. One with a queen bed and two with twin beds. One bathroom was a full bath while the other was a half. It was perfect for getting ready quickly in the morning. The living area is spacious with a pool table and fireplace. Although the hosts are upstairs, you have your own private entrance and floor so it’s not awkward at all. The place came with its own kitchen area. The area is well stocked with dishes, glasses, and appliances. You can see the mountains from the windows downstairs.

This place was perfect for our family of 5. It was very well stocked including cooking pans/pots and plenty of plates/bowls/utensils. We highly recommend this place. The large dining table was a plus and the grill outside worked nicely. Thank you!

This was our first time at Banff National Park, and we had no idea where to stay. I would have preferred to stay in Canmore, but the condo at Deadman Flats was perfect for our needs. The condo and complex were excellent—clean and easy instructions for arrival and checkout. Property management communication was excellent.

Barry and Nicole are amazing hosts. We had a wonderful stay and wished we could stay longer - would have extended our stay if not for the fact that the place was fully booked! First off, the place is very cozy, spacious, and well equipped for everything you need. It looks better than the photos. The back opens up into the forest and yet it is so well situated and near Canmore with restaurants within walking distance. Perfect location. Second, Barry has really put in a lot of thought into making the place super comfortable. There's so many nice personal touches, like locally sourced snacks, a wonderful breakfast spread, fruits, matcha, teas....Barry went above and beyond to make the place like home. He also has good taste in snacks and furniture! Third, the bed is so comfy! pillows are super plush. Fourth, Barry was very flexible and kind and willing to let us check in early as we had a young baby. Oh yes, and there's a great bbq - we had a feast! Thank you for the great stay.
