Excellent space! The house was very modern, the facilities were complete for a short stay. Everything looks new. The separate shower and WC was very useful for 6 pax. Both have own sink. You can request to park your car at the back of the hotel if you drive a big car (there were complaint from other guests that the entrance to the garage was narrow). The view was very nice from our apartment!

Very warm and welcoming hosts, happy to help wherever needed. Great option for Pension dinner at a great price. Walking distance to ski lift, and ski rental shop across the road.

Breakfast was a very good Swiss breakfast, meats, cheese, tea, breads etc. The owner/host made the stay the best it could be! She is a wonderful person. If you are in a car, this is a perfect place. If you are on foot it is a 20-30 minute walk to Adelboden village or 10 minute walk to the closest bus stop. One morning on my walk to the village I encountered a cow parade (September) with full cow head-dress, bells, family herding about 30 cows and I was the only spectator! So unforgettable and it made the walk completely worth it. I am there to hike so the walk was no problem. My room and the common kitchen/dining room were exceptionally clean and newly remodeled with all the new bathroom fixtures and finishes. While I was there, the owner was in process of remodeling the rooms on level 1, she is committed to offering very good new rooms. Set on flat spot but is on a beautiful hillside with a view from the rooms of the opposite mountainside.

Cozy & comfortable apartment in an absolutely stunning location. Epic view from the front porch, and great hikes right up the street. Excellent value for money. Lovely hosts as well. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Madeline and Bernhard's cabin was absolutely magical! The views of Engstligenalp Falls were simply breathtaking and provided a stunning backdrop to our entire trip. Madeline and Bernhard were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Their local knowledge was invaluable; they gave us fantastic advice on scenic routes to avoid tourists before our departure, which made our onward journey so much more enjoyable. We were warmly welcomed with a generous offer of wine and beer upon arrival, a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel at home. We also thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot pot. The cabin's kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and Madeline even took the time to show me how to use an Italian coffee maker – a skill I'll definitely be taking home with me! From start to finish, we truly felt like family. We can't recommend this cabin enough for anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and memorable getaway. Very well equipped appartment, spacious rooms, excellent kitchen with raclette and fondue devices.Host Christoph was great, providing information about Adelboden sightseeing. Highly reccommended for families.

Location, everything clean and tidy, cozy shelter.

The apartment was a 20 minute walk from town and a 5 minute bus ride. Awesome views! It was nicely furnished with comfortable bedding. The owner wrote me a note that the door was unlocked for us and when she arrived home she came over to introduce herself. I would book this apartment again!

The location was perfect for all my needs. Close to the ski slopes and an easy drive to downtown Adelboden. It is also within walking distance to downtown. The hosts were so very kind and always accessible either at the location or by phone. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and hope to be able to come back some day.

What a view! Huge Alps right out the deck. Beautiful. The apartment was cozy and clean plenty of room for 2 or 3 persons. The drive up the canyon to the apartment was incredible. The hostess was very nice and helpful. It was a good place to see lots of Switzerland from. We should have stayed longer.

It was a wonderful few days! Amazing apartment and very friendly hosts. Comfort at the highest level! You can feel the love and care for the home in every little detail. The view from the balcony is just incredible — never seen anything like it. We left truly impressed.
