Everything was clean, people were nice, the staff were nicer and helped us a lot. The location was great with amazing views and a half-natural environment. The igloos were cozy and warm.

We had an absolutely incredible weekend at SALZANO Hotel with two friends, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable. The pool and spa area were so relaxing, we even got to enjoy the sunshine while swimming, with a stunning mountain view all around us. The location is perfect for exploring the region and going on hikes around Interlaken. After a lovely day of hiking, it was such a pleasure to come back and relax at the hotel. The restaurant was also excellent, both for the quality of the food and the atmosphere. But what truly made this stay special was the staff: their kindness, helpfulness, and attention to detail were exceptional and something you do not often experience in hotels. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay.

I like everything ,it was clean,cute and location was perfect,only 1 min walking to the bus station,6 min bus to the Interlaken ost station.

Plenty of space in the unit. Balcony views were picturesque. Appliances all worked and rooms were clean.

It was an easy check-in and the staff at Dorint were courteous. They did, however, made sure that if we had any complaints about the apartment, we have to contact the owner. We could have enjoyed their swimming pool and sauna but our active schedule did not allow it. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had ingredients we found very useful for food preparations.

Very big and comfortable. Lots of space to keep things. Cutlery was provided.

The unit was well maintained. All the kitchenwares and tools are available. Kitchen equipment are also good quality. Superb location - i think better than staying in interlaken.

Everything! Irma was very helpful and friendly. She made sure we had the necessities we need. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. We also loved the location which very much made us feel immersed in a Swiss neighbourhood. The accommodation comes with Interlaken guest card which gives you free transportation in most of the area in Interlaken. Thank you Irma and Pascal for a wonderful accommodation.

Spectacular stay! The apartment was huge with a massive terrace. We had incredible views of the mountains and were perfectly situated close to the train station, and easy access to other surrounding landmarks

The location is exceptional, almost no people around very calm with great restaurants nearby.

Very nice apartments, excellent rooms and facilities. Clean and I recommend for families. The city itself is small and very scenic.

The chalet location is nearby the other attractions areas such Grindelwald ( 15 minutes ) , Lauterbrunnen ( 15 Minutes ) Brienz ( 25 minutes ) Interlaken ( 5 minutes) and other areas. Also, train station by feet 5 minutes.

The apartment was very nice and clean, providing all needed equipment and necessities. It’s in a very good location, close to the main train & bus station. The owner was very kind and responsive, letting us to move in earlier and store our luggage after checkout. We had a very good trip there!

Very huge room Good function with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Carpark underground parking, very convenience for raining or snowing day

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything I needed. The location in Wilderswil was peaceful but close to Interlaken. Peter, the host, was incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything I needed.
