Very clean, modern apartment. Well equipped. Would definitely return to it if we’re back in Puerto Varas.

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was a good place to relax and feel at home. The location was good for walking into town. The concierge was very helpful (even with language barriers!) and our host Paula was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

The apartment layout is very good. The building is clean and well maintained. Good location to drive out to Osorno or Saltos de Palahue. Easy walking to central Puerto Varas. Restaurants nearby. Also really liked the Panaderia Pasteleria minimarket - nice patient people and good food! It's basically a very good space, with loads of storage space, well equipped, clean, pleasant, good showers. (Sofa should be replaced.) Only real issues are the corporate nature of dealing with HOM.

Has everything we needed. Location was good, right on the lake. A bit of a walk to the town center but it’s a pretty easy and pleasant walk along the lake.

It doesn't get any better than this. The whole experience was wonderful. Beautiful home with an exceptional host!

I had a confirmed reservation. But they contacted me later and told me there was a problem with the system and there was no place for me there. They offered me another site, that because of the hour I had to accept, and everything was ugly in that cabin.

A clean, simply but comfortably furnished cabin with spectacular views over the lake. Our host Cristian thought of everything, even laying out kindling in the wood stove so it was ready to be lit when the evening turned cool. Comfortable and firm beds, great water pressure, well-equipped kitchen. We stayed in two different cabins — one had a washing machine which was very handy.

We really enjoyed this beautiful cabin and the personel was approachable and kind.

This is a family-run hostel with a lot of history and care for the travellers. The breakfast, albeit simple, is freshly made. Not to miss their home-made jams, honey, and natural juices! Located in a quiet neighbourhood with access to small markets and restaurants. 10-12 minutes walk from the TurBus terminal.
