The architecture of the house is absolutely stunning, as are the trees, swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Spacious rooms, tasteful interior design.

Excellent location and outstanding hospitality offered by the owners, Ryan and Yan. Breakfast was delicious every morning. We really enjoyed using the bicycles and all the helpful local information. Although I had been to Nosara several times before, their recommendations helped me enjoy it even more.

This spot is the PERFECT location. It’s next to all of the best restaurants and resorts for a fraction of the price. There’s no pool but you can use the pool across the street if you eat there. I loved having a kitchen. I had hot water, amazing WiFi, and no issues at all! I will for sure stay here again.

I loved this spot! Beautiful porch, super nice host, very spacious room (perfect for unpacking a giant board bag). The huge windows had us feeling like we were outside always, which is exactly what you want in Costa Rica. If you are on a surf trip and rented a car- stay here! It has all the chill surf trip vibes you could ever want. Its outside of the area that is being developed, ensuring you get the real vibe of the place instead of feeling like a tourist constantly. I hope this part of the Guiones area stays pure like this forever.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and surrounded by lush nature, creating a truly peaceful atmosphere. The facilities are spotless, with a beautiful pool and common areas decorated with great taste. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and cool, with thoughtful details everywhere. A key highlight was the host’s attention: always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed, making the experience even more special. It truly feels like a hidden paradise in Playa Guiones!
