The apartment no.7 was very clean, big and had a comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen and a nice big bathroom. Nice,quiet location close to the city of Jičín and Prachovské skály - Bohemian paradise. I also enjoyed the pool and the nice outdoors. It was very peaceful and quiet at night. Free parking in front of the Penzion was mostly available except for a couple of nights I had to park in a parking lot across the main road . Nice restaurant right next door. I only saw the owner ones when he came to harshly remind me not to leave the windows open when I leave . I enjoyed my stay although there was no WiFi in my room.

We had such a fantastic stay here with my friends! This was actually our second visit, as we came last year as well, and once again it did not disappoint. We loved it so much the first time that we just had to come back. David is an incredible host. He is always so hospitable, friendly, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights for us was having access to the grill. We spent a lovely evening cooking and enjoying a barbecue together, which made our trip even more special and memorable. Thank you again, David, for another wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Nice old-school socialist campsite

Absolutely amazing place, the history was felt in every inch, the building is greatly reconstructed. We could look at the exhibition about Jews and explore the house as well. Absolutely wonderful.

Penzion Lucie was wonderful. 1) To start with, the host who checked me in was very helpful and friendly. He even helped carry my bags to my room. 2) I had a very attractive, nicely decorated attic room that was exactly like the photos in the listing. 3) The bathroom was good sized, and the shower was very large -- big enough for four people! Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. 4) Breakfast was included in my stay in the lovely restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast was fried eggs, sausages, smoked cheese, ham, cake, pastries, bread, cucumbers, red bell peppers, a few kinds of cereal, a choice of a few types of juice and coffee or tea. 5) The little refrigerator was perfect to hold my beverages. 6) Excellent location: the pension is just one block from the start of the main pedestrian zone in the center. 7) I drove my car and was able to park directly in front of the pension, free of charge. 8) Quiet location. 9) The property is pet friendly, so I was able to have both of my dogs there, for an extra fee. 10) Since it was after Christmas, the restaurant and the town still had many seasonal decorations. A Christmas gnome was watching me from the window by my table in the restaurant. 11) Last, but not least. My accomodation was reasonably priced, and included breakfast.

Small things that showed thinking for the guests needs. Air fresher in the bathroom, tea in the kitchen, sponge and the cleaning soap for dishes. Everything that usually isn’t available was available there.

Fantastic location in the historic center of the town. It's quiet, safe and private, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed U Krale during our previous visits, and will likely return if we travel across the Pond and to the Czech Republic again.

Great location to tour Cesky Raj. Also close to Jicin center. Apartment is comfortable and hosts are great.

Great breakfast. Convenient free parking, Friendly staff. Rooms and beds were comfortable.
