Friendly staff, clean and modern with some great weather dependent facilities for guests in summer. Nice breakfast with many options. Cake and cookies upon arrival and coffee/tea available 24/7 in lobby.

Velice milá a příjemná paní majitelka. Penzion i pokoj krásně voní. Apartmán je prostorný, moderní, čistý, velice dobře vybavený. Na zahradě je bazén a posezení. K zámku je to 5 minut chůze, do Coopu a na náměstí taky. Wifi funguje. A klimatizace taky, což jsme v nynějších tropech obzvlášť ocenili. Rádi se vrátíme.

The hotel itself was ok, it is cetrally located and in close proximity to all attractions. We didn't like our room. It was absolutely cold and had no coffee maker. We went to complain about the room temperature and the concierge was very rude to us claiming it is not possible for the room to be cold. We were literally freezing. He went to have look anyway but didn't fix it. The heating body was still cold when we came back to the room. We were freezing the whole night. The only positive of the hotel was the lady at the reception, she was very kind to us.

There was a swimming pool, and delicious cake on arrival from the host.

It was super clean. The room has all the kitchen equipments you need. Having a pool is great. It is very close to the castle and all the restaurants in the center. They also provide a free park for 1 car. The host is pretty responsive and kind. I would be visiting this place again for sure! Amazing for families with kids as the host provides toys, books and a playground area which is next to the pool.

Loved everything about this property. Very friendly and helpful staff, the apartament was clean and well equipped.

Just as seen in the photos, a rather basic accommodation to crash for the night after a long drive. Lovely lady at the reception, and a very kind waitress. We were able to use the private parking, that was the big plus. It's possible to go for a very nice walk and see the main sights in the town. Plenty of hot water for a shower. The breakfast was decent, albeit a bit plain.

Apartment size and furnishing is great, as are large comfy beds, large TV. Owner and staff are very nice.

Exceeded expectations. Secure parking included. We had room 3, on same floor as reception and breakfest, so we only had to carry our luggage up one flight of stairs. Very clean. Room 3 is a corner room, but we did not find traffic noise to be an issue. Staff was wonderful; the woman who checked us in was patient and smiling, overcoming the language barrier skillfully. Breakfest exceeded expectations, with plenty of options and perfectly cooked scrambled eggs with thin-sliced ham; the woman managing the breakfest was kind and spoke excellent English. LOCATION IS SUPER: we stayed in Valtice in order to visit the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic, and it was just a 5 minute walk away. The village itself has a pleasant atmosphere, and the people we encountered were very kind and helpful.

This place was cosy, quiet and well located. Hotel contacted me earlier regarding my arrival and I was able to check in earlier by few hours, which was very helpful. Room and bathroom were big enough.

This property is centrally located to Valtice and the wine bars.
