Spacey room with a small kitchenette and a bathroom. Central location. Access (with codes) was described in enough detail.

Great location, quiet, comfortable bed and parking.

I would like to thank to the property owner for their hospitality and kindness. Communication was really easy and thank you for a lovely chat! The place is nice and clean and in a quiet area. Please note, the bathroom is not en-suite, however I have not had any difficulties whenever I wanted to use it.

The apartment had all that we could need like kitchen things, extra beds.

Location for the Wagner-Festspiel couldn't have been better! And very quick on the bike into the centre. The host's mother, who looks after the place, was very friendly, and polite, and some guests will definitely want to take advantage of her valuable information about the local supermarkets, etc. even if I was keen, after my long journey to wash up, dump some bags, and get back into town.

The staff met us at the entrance when we arrived. The place was clean and a great price. Was very grateful to have a washer and dryer.

Good location, about 25 Minute walk to Downtown Bayreuth. Pizza Restaurant very close and a Netto, Rewe and Bakery at about 5 Minutes walking distance.

This property was one of the best appointed we have ever visited. Everything was considered and we didn't want for anything extra. Very clean, excellent location, central to everything, very comfortable. We rented two apartments: the bottom floor (Superior) and level 1 (Balcony) for us and my parents. Both were wonderful, with the bottom floor have an extended bathroom and tub! Walking distance to good Semmel and a laundromat.

The location was perfect for us- we were visiting family in the area. The 306 bus runs right next to the apartment, so easy access to downtown. The woods have such lovely walks. We even saw deer running across a field!

It was conveniently located next to 2 stores and bus transport, quite neighborhood, washer and dryer was in the building to the left of the apartment and much needed because I stayed for three weeks.
