The most beautiful and quiet place in Sosúa

Everything was great. We lived, in fact, in a 2-room apartment, a dining room combined with a full kitchen and separate is bedroom. We were given absolutely everything we needed. Great, big, clean pool. I saw that the employee was washing the tanning beds with a brush. The concrete walkways were also washed. There is also a small sandy beach nearby, a very good restaurant "The Velvet", a grocery store nearby (everything can be reached without a car). Compared to the noise in many places in the DR, it was very pleasant quiet here. Lots of green plants, like in a tropical garden. A uniquely good place for a relatively cheap fee. Would definitely stay here again.

The location! It felt safe to walk on the beach early in the morning or by night. The room with this amazing view on the beach! The so well kept plants and flowers all around the property😍 The very good nternet access. The pool area. The good value for money. The respectful staff. The direct access to the beach: just a few steps from your room!

The location was perfect. The building and unit was lovely, relaxing and peaceful... Also the host was very communicative and available for any issues.

The host is amazing, very attentive to the guest needs. The house had many amenities such as a pool, hot tub, TV, Netflix, bar, etc, etc. Very homey and a great place.

Huge apartment that has EVERYTHING that you need! I walk past this place all the time, and had no idea that it was available. This is the ONLY place that I'll stay in if its available.

Peaceful, clean, quiet, and well kept.

By far the room I was in was beautiful. The view to the pool was beautiful, the best part was the skyline view to the beach. Jesse the owner was very responsive and attentive to your text messages. Two staffs members greeted us, and the gentleman (sorry I can’t remember his name) made sure I had everything I needed. Lol I had to challenge him as well and he does speak multiple languages. For anyone looking to escape the city life of America, I truly recommend this spot place and getting the presidential suite.

We were pleasantly surprised by the private, clean beach with free sun beds and sunshades.

Excellent Staff was very helpful I had some clothes in the backyard and it rained during the night and the lady put them in the drier for me ,what a nice surprise

The property is absolutely beautiful. The pool with the built-in Jacuzzi was amazing. The pool area had its own kitchen, shower and bathroom. Just like in the pics. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including paper towels, dish soap and even ice in the freezer. Also there was a drinking water dispenser built into the sink. Fantastic! All the bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper and soap. There were also plenty of towels. For the shower and pool. Superb. The host responded immediately when the power went out and the power was restored fast. In 8 years of traveling to this beautiful country, this was by far one of my best stays. Every room had ice cold ac’s and powerful ceiling fans. I will absolutely, definitely book this property again.
