had a truly excellent stay in this apartment in Valencia. Communication with the host was very efficient from the beginning. He replied quickly through Booking, and we easily arranged to meet in person for the keys. He was already waiting for me when I arrived at the apartment. The host speaks only Spanish, but with today’s technology, communication is no longer a problem at all. One of the first things that impressed me was the garage. It is perfect for motorcyclists because the motorcycle can stay in a covered, closed, and secure space. From the garage, there is a direct lift to the second floor, where the apartment is located. The apartment itself is large, bright, very clean, and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, and a kitchen. The internet is excellent, with around 500 Mbps download and upload speed, which is rare and very useful. The terrace is spacious and practical, with drying racks and a washing machine, so the apartment works very well for both short and longer stays. The bed is comfortable, the TV is nice, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the apartment has two bathrooms, which is a big plus. I would rate this stay 10+ because places like this are rare to find, and I travel a lot.

Amazing house in a great neighborhood. Luxurious, spacious and clean. The hosts were very friendly. The parking was on the street on the other side of the house but it was totally fine. Loved the smart house additions. There is a shared kitchen. There are stores close by and delivery services.

We loved staying in this flat. The flat was lovely, very clean with everything you need for a great stay. The location in old town was perfect with all attractions within walking distance and a short walk across the serranos bridge to direct tram for the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Close to an airport, was able to walk there on foot. Chose this apartment because flight was early next day and there were possible communication strikes that day.

Train connection to center every 20 minutes ; takes around 30 min. You cannot buy train ticket at station Landlady gave us tickets for free

Lovely boutique hotel in Valencia. The bed was amazing and I enjoyed how quiet it was during the night.

We spent one night here as we wanted to spend a night in one of the cave houses - we’d read about them and also knew of them from one of Almodovar’s movies - there is a photo of him other the owners in the house. There was a bit of confusion with booking - we booked and then within a day received a message via booking that the booking would be cancelled for nonpayment, although no payment had yet been due. The hosts initially explained that there wasn’t a problem with payment but that the cave was not available. However, ultimately they did not cancel our reservation but were able to work things out so that it was available.

Everything is amazing! Good location.

We were there during Las Fallas, a major festival, and the location, a bit outside of the central city, meant that our stay wasn't nearly as insane or loud as it would've been if we'd stayed more centrally. Parking was free but challenging, again, it would've been easier if we hadn't come during such a major festival.
