Good location, friendly staff, beautiful building in a quiet and historical town. Very unique experience staying at Trujillo.

The breakfast was fine but we thought it a bit ridiculous that we had to pay 4 euros for two eggs . It seems rather petty when we are paying as much as we are for our stay .

The hosts are just good human beings and are helpful in every way possible. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main plaza from which you can access restaurants and walk to the castle and other points of historical interest. Our room was very clean and and comfortable, the kitchen included oil and vinegar and salt and pepper and a nice assortment of pots and pans of a size useful to the two of us. They have a nice garden and pool area available for guests. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and equipped with a table for 4. We liked to sit there in the afternoon. Oh! And READ the material IN ADVANCE that Herman has so helpfully prepared. It is clearly written, very useful and answered all my questions. Especially how to conveniently turn on the (shower) hot water just when you need it (saves energy<3).

The location, the amplitude of the house and swimming pool, the politeness and friendliness of the owner. At the same time, he made sure we were not disturbed during our whole stay.

All staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. We had one small problem in the room, and it was taken care of right away. The room was very clean and fresh and quite large. Air con/heat unit in room. We had a room with a view of a charming back garden and old Spanish rooftops. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved it! Very basic accommodation - no extras like coffee pot in room. There was hand soap and shampoo packets, but no bath soap or hair conditioner. No big deal though!

Clean and with all of the necessary amenities. We will definitely return!!
