We liked all the things. Starting with the space that it provided, it was lovely. The cutlery and facilities in the kitchen with the towel cloth and the bathroom facilities. A modern built large space with great amenities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, and it was hands down the best and most spacious room we've ever had in Paris. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. Even with children with us, we felt right at home. It was a truly relaxing experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend! Also the stuff was excellent!

We loved absolutely everything. Location was amazing. Safe and quiet and comfy beds. Wonderful shower. The high ceilings, the spa in basement and grand piano—simply divine!

The location was perfect. Right by a main metro station, tons of incredible restaurants and bakeries around it. Walking distance to the Lovre, Notre Dame, Shakespeare and Co along with a ton of other great spots. The kids loved all the amenities like the ball pit, sauna, and video games. Crêperie st honoré, maison rouge, artisan boulanger, another great pastry shop right across from this that is open Sunday morning when lots are closed. Au Chien Qui Fume, Angelina’s near lovre for hot chocolate. So many more great options. The host was great. He showed us how everything works and left so extra treats for us.

really lovely apartment; we adored it. It was quite peaceful for sleeping, very comfy, and provided everything one could possibly need. Great location, several steps the renowned station Châtelet Les Halles, a major train hub in Paris and one of the largest underground stations in the world. One can get easily to any point in Paris, including Charles de Gaulle airport (~ 45 min ). Plenty of restaurants steps from the apartment, including the famous Au Pied de Cochon. Great hosts, very helpful and incredibly nice.

hotel is located on a quiet street, yet only a few steps from shops and cafes. The interior felt recently renovated and everything was spotlessly clean

Our host provided us with a starter kit in the apartment. It was unexpected and well stocked and very much appreciated. The location was central to everything with lots of different restaurants to appeal to everyone.

This property is so private… furnished thoughtfully. Many metro station stations near buy… easy to see all Of Paris from here.

Laurence is a very welcoming and caring host. The key delivery worked perfectly and Laurence gave tips for a nice stay in Paris. The area is a creative trendy neighborhood with cafes, bars and two nice restaurants right below the apartment. I highly recommend the apartment and would come back. Merci beaucoup.

Comfortable rooms and accessible

This property is very spacious, has big living room and sofa, has big rooms and beds, has a backyard, and very close (few steps) to the bus and train stations. Wish we had known this earlier so we could have stayed for a longer time. Sultan was nice and funny.

This is a very nice and cozy place! The owner Antoine is super friendly and caring! He met us, showed us everything, explained, told us about the nearest shops, about good restaurants. We gladly took advantage of his recommendations. The apartment has many different little things for a comfortable stay. You can feel the care in everything - there is tea, coffee, spices, different little things for hygiene. The design is very interesting and unusual! The bed is super comfortable! It just hugged us, and we slept very well! The incredible terrace deserves the hotel's praise! It was very nice to sit there in the evening! Also a very convenient location, 8-10 minutes walk from the metro station. And you can even see a piece of the tower! )) There is a good store nearby, 5 minutes walk. We were very pleased and comfortable living here! When we go to Paris again, we will definitely stay here!

The location was very convenient—just a short trip to central Paris. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. We appreciated the calm neighborhood after busy days in the city.

It was very close to the university conference at first glance it looked new but...
