Pool. Building and room were clean beyond expectations. Kitchen area. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. TV got international news. 3 star quality, but simple and not fancy enough. Not just a hotel but an independent living apartment building for seniors.

Great place! The owner is a very friendly helpful guy who speaks fluent English. The place is difficult to find and Google maps was not much help. It's an interesting location on the edge of the suburbs but the hotel itself is on a beautiful estate of woods and grazing lands.

Great location, near the bus station for city busses and 15-20 min walking from the main train station. Quiet neighborhood, spacious room with toiletries, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, microwave. Polite staff, ready to help.

I stayed at Apparts Confort 87 for a week. My room was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great...close to the A20, easy to get around, in a quiet location where I felt safe staying on my own. Pierre was very attentive and even checked in when he hadn't heard from me for a couple of days. 😊 The private, fenced parking was an added level of comfort. (If you have a French phone number, make sure to provide it for instant access to the parking area.) I wish I had booked a longer stay, but I'm happy to know I have a homebase the next time I visit Limoges.

The property is located less than 10 minutes by car from the city center and there was free and safe parking available. The staff was very polite and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very fresh and there were many options available to choose from, we even got fresh coffee and tea! Our room was super spacious and clean as well as the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The property is decorated with memorabilia from the previous owners but it feels like they have managed to keep a nice balance between the past and the present with more modern decoration, too. Overall, a great place to stay!

Quite unique. Spacious, tastefully decorated rooms in a classic mansion. Run by a charming couple who also run a wonderful restaurant downstairs. Well-situated between the train station and Place de la République. An ideal place to stay!

Beautiful setting with absolutely gorgeous view on old town Limoges

Stephano, the owner/manager, was warm, welcoming and friendly. This was a great start to our visit to this stylish b and b in the lively cathedral area of Limoges. Beautiful design, rooms with a view, good breakfast, shared garden and terrace space make this b and b stand out! Many excellent restos steps away and the Sunday bric a brac market outside the front door made for a delightful visit. Best of all, though, was having such a fabulous responsive host who spoke French and English and made the effort to ensure we had a super visit!

The property was ideal for our stay and parking was very convenient with access through the garden. Breakfast was just what we needed before long days sightseeing. The location was good for being able to reach the centre of Limoges in order to visit the sights

Close to the station and a short walk from the supermarket

Nice comfortable apratment with a little kitchen and a small terrace, in the middle of a residential area. We were there for a 1 night stay on our way back to Paris from the South of France, hence Limoges seemed like a good pit stop.
