I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the convenience of having a separate kitchen for cooking (if you prefer not to dine at their restaurant), and the availability of free laundry facilities including a washing machine and ironing station. Additionally, the complimentary transportation to the beach twice a day was a fantastic perk. Clean water pools.

Great place to stay close to Batumi! Amazing view and runned by an amazing kind family! They offer good food at amazing prices! The rooms are extremely clean and spacious; the bathrooms as well. The pool is great and is also close to the beach and bus stop! They have free laundry!

Nice and friendly staff, cleanliness. The bed in my opinion was fantastic and super comfy. The beach is super close.

The view is beautiful, and we were a lot of people so the amount of rooms and big porch fitted our needs.

Great location, the beach is right in front of the building, small markets are nearby and the drive to Batumi is really short. In the evening you can walk near the seaside. The apartment has two wonderful balconies and overall the facilities are fine. The host is very responsive, always stays in touch and is very polite!

So nice, quiet and clean place to reside in Batumi. There are almost everything around and can reach to anywhere easy and simple. Particularly for swimming and Boulevard exploring

One of the best guesthouses we have ever rested in. We booked a standard room for two people and it was normal size with clean sheets and biig balcony! The stuff of the hotel were very nice and there was no problem in changing sheets and towels at all. Direct access to the beach,3 minutes to walk, great location lots of stores in range of 5 minutes walk. The owner is very sweet and pleasant lady. She gave us a very early check in and late check out without any problem. Also gave us ride to batumi rail satiation when heard i was gonna order taxi. Thank her for our amazing experience! There is a restaurant in the house, the food is 8/10 one day very fresh other days kinda different. The service is fast and servers are nice. Overall we had amazing experience and vacation with Beliy Dom !

The villa owner was very warm and welcoming. The location was excellent, with the soothing sound of a stream and a beautiful mountain view that added to the experience. We were a group of around 14 people – 4 families – and the place was perfectly suited for us. Despite the number, it never felt crowded or uncomfortable. The outdoor space was great for gatherings, and we really enjoyed using the barbecue. For those who love a mix of nature – forest, mountains, rivers, and even the sea – this is an ideal spot. There are plenty of leisure options nearby, including casinos, clubs, and more. Another highlight is the proximity to the Turkish border, which means you get both Georgian and Turkish cultural flavors – from food and restaurants to Turkish shops. We especially enjoyed the local markets in Batumi, full of fresh fruits, vegetables, wine, and even a fish market. It was a real treat!

Nice and pleasant stay for the low price, but i wish the rooms would be more comfortable and cozy, maybe some lamps or small carpets, or some decorations would make the rooms cozier 💕
