Very kind and wonderful host, breathtakingly beautiful property. It was a bucket-list experience. Plus very dog-friendly for which we are very grateful. The village is also beautiful.

The Lovley Greek family vibe, home made breakfast to our room, grandpa smile, walking location to decent eating places, stunning view from window of caldera, swimming pool for kids. Everything was just a perfect experience of Santorini!

I looked at several prior to booking this property. I kept coming back to it due to the consistent reviews of the staff and their efforts to make your stay the best it can be and enjoyable. Thank you to all previous reviewers as they were spot on ! Irene and her staff really go out of their way to make your experience the best. They were fabulous and enjoyable to work with. The location at the souther tip is the best. We spend time in both Fira and Oia and we’re so thankful we chose this property and it southern location. The best word that would describe it is tranquil. Away from the hustle and bustle but easy to access the entire island’s offerings. I would highly renting a car for your trip. Ample parking right right at the front door of the property. It’s double gated and our safety was never a concern during our visit. Their breakfast is amazing each day. The room refrigerator is stocked with drinks. The views from the rooms , pool, and fire pit were incredible. No need to go to the crowded cities as you are in solitude watching the magnificent sun sets right from this property. I can’t say enough about this place and if we do revisit - it’s a “No brainer” that we would choose this property again.

Stunning stunning stunning! Serra Exclusive Suites is my new go to whenever I visit Santorini. The view from the villa is breathtaking and the staff are super attentive and kind. The manager, Stavroula, made our stay unbelievably comfortable and seamless. I told her ahead of time that we will arrive newly engaged and she went above and beyond to surprise us with a decorated villa. If you’re thinking about staying here you should absolutely pull the trigger!

The villa was absolutely amazing. We loved being in the small village, the people were very friendly, and the village offered everything we needed without the chaos of a large town. We couldn’t believe how we stepped back in time and were able to relax as well as have every amenity we wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a piece of paradise. The host Ester gave us great recommendations!!

It is the perfect location. It was immaculate. This is our second time staying at Magda’s villa. She and her husband are so kind. They took excellent care of us and served us a delicious breakfast every morning. We loved every dinner that we had at their restaurant. It was so good to see them again. We will always stay here when we come back to Greece. We highly recommend this villa. Thank you, Magda and Frank!

The owner is amazing - very helpful and runs a great hotel. All the staff are doing a great job of keeping the place clean and well organized. Location is great - yes you do need a car since it’s all the way on the south end of the island but you get a great waterfront view and watching the harbour life is an activity in itself. Very good breakfast with great outdoor sitting area. Highly recommended.

The property is amazing. The room,the view,pool,hot tub, all of them were perfect. They clean and change the sheets every day. All the staff was kind and helpful but i want to give biggest thanks to Georgia. She helped me to arrange a table for proposal and my fiance liked it a lot. Georgia made our day. Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were so nice, and the room was fantastic. Quieter part of the island, but that's just to our liking. Loved it.

Amazing place to stay on Santorini. Loved the location - having a private beach far away from the tourist crowds. Restaurant within a short walk. The rooms were unique and had a great charm. Relaxing out on the loungers, watching the sun set and listening to the waves - better than the caldera views any day! Would recommend to anyone --

The stay was fabulous! Incredible traditional cave design, friendly host Katerina, who gave us a lot of advice, and a great view. Highly recommend it to everyone and most probably come back next summer)

The private garage, pool, private jacuzzi, tv in the bed room and living room. Bed was comfortable.

It's in a quiet area, a nice, and modern facility.

The greatest thing about the hotel is the owning family. They were very helpful and they guided our activities through out our stay. Their guidance made the trip 10 times better. In addition, the property it self is very nice and clean. It contains everything you would think of.

Excellent location, professionally maintained and felt like home, host George was awesome and invited me for local soup and wine while enjoying some traditional Greek and classical music. They were very attentive to our needs and provided full fridge of goodie’s for breakfast and snacks! Loved our stay, highly recommended!
