The people running at work exceptional very welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. We received one of the warmest welcomes, with staff taking the time to sit down with us and recommend the best places in town on the map. Our room featured two balconies—one with a great view and the other wonderfully peaceful, giving us the best of both worlds. The breakfast was truly outstanding. Although there were around 12 guests, it would have been enough for 50. The variety and quality were impressive—you could wish for anything and it was there. If there were an option to rate this place an 11, I would definitely give it. Highly recommended!

Owners personnel and the apartments were exceptional. I will definitely choose this when back in Nafplio. Breakfast was served in the room and every day was different. We stayed for 8 days and we cannot find anything wrong with our stay. The team was perfect!

The host was extremely helpful. All rooms are accessible to a manual wheelchair. ROOMS 1 and 6 are better suited as they have a ramp to the pool. My chair is 64 cm wide and i fit easily into the other rooms. It's great to finally have a hotel that is wheelchair friendly . Big thanks to the hosts

We stayed at Villa KONSTANTINA in March with 11 family members and it was a fantastic experience for everyone. Plenty of room, beautiful views, temperature controls (mini splits) in every room. There was also a washer and dryer which was helpful for our extended vacation. Thanos was a great host and super easy to work with. He was very flexible with our times and also scheduled with his team to provide us with an authentic Greek meal for an exceptional price. The pool was still a little cold in early March, but a few kids still took the plunge. A trampoline and play set were fun for the kiddos. I would recommend a car as you are about 10-15 minutes (drive) up the windy mountain road. The old town of Nafplio is great and the location is central to many activities. Overall, we had a great family vacation at Villa KONSTANTINA and would highly recommend.

Our room was a perfect balance of comfort and practicality: spacious, spotless, and air-conditioned, with a large balcony boasting beautiful views over Nafplio and its surroundings. Both the bedroom and kitchen were thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need. The bathroom, too, was clean and fully functional. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, and a true taste of local charm.

We are extremely satisfied with our stay! The apartment is great with lots of space and the terrace is fantastic. Fine location. Good beds, 4 air conditioners, apliances, washing machine, strong wifi... Fully equipped, completely! The hosts are exceptional, communicative, we were welcomed extremely kindly and with recommendations on where to go, eat, swim. Absolutely for every recommendation, we have just to say THANK YOU!

Outstanding value for money, great product, very clean and comfortable, with all Amenities needed, all in excellent “like new” condition. Easy communication with landlord, free parking in front of the accommodation and only a 10min drive into Nafplio. Restaurants within walking distance. Would 100% recommend!

The property is clean, modern, and stylish. Parking is free and ample. The staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful. I really enjoyed the WiFi access, clean bathrooms and showers, modern kitchen, and flatscreen TV. A very comfortable, cosy property close to many amenities and tourist landmarks. I recommend wholeheartedly.

We had the whole house to ourselves. We were greeted by the owner and architect who later left us a bag of the most delicious oranges we have ever had.

We booked last minute and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We found the apartment perfect for us, it was very clean, well equipped, ground floor and private gated parking space that was partially covered to block the sun. We absolutely loved this place and when we return to Naplio this is the place we will choose again!

Great welcome with a friendly owner, many gifts when you arrive such as biscuits or fresh fruits. The studio is really comfortable and well furnished. The place is well located if you moving around with a car. The parking in front of the housing is useful.
