It was very spacious, quiet and the amenities were very nice!

We had the immense pleasure of staying at Ayiopetra for 4 unforgettable days, and it’s safe to say it may be the most special place we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly by everyone that we immediately felt at home. Nestled in a breathtaking valley surrounded by historic landmarks and serene landscapes, Ayiopetra is not just a hotel—it’s a heartfelt experience. The rooms were spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything (and more) you could possibly need. Every detail is cared for with love and intention. Mornings started with an abundant breakfast full of fresh, delicious variety—including homemade jams by Tonia, the incredible owner, that were nothing short of amazing. Tonia is the soul of Ayiopetra. Her warmth, grace, and deep joy in sharing this beautiful place she has so lovingly built truly shine through. And Katerina, with her radiant smile and boundless positivity, lights up the entire atmosphere every single day. The team’s thoughtful recommendations—from restaurants to beaches—were spot on and made our experience in the island even more special. We left already looking forward to coming back. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay – everything was absolutely perfect, and we’ll definitely be back. The accommodation itself was flawless: comfortable, beautifully maintained, and set in the most peaceful, remote location where you’re more likely to encounter a few friendly goats than another person – exactly what we were hoping for. We loved spending time by the pool and appreciated how close the beach was for a change of scene.

Fantastic accomodation and much bigger than expected. The owner organised some coal for us so that we could cook on the BBQ outside which was the icing on the cake. Nice little butcher down the road in town made for a fantastic evening.

The location, the hot tub, the staff, and the recommendations of the staff. Cafe Drillis is a 2 minute drive and came as a recommendation from staff for something close to the suite.

So magical!! The views were incredible and the stay was spacious and clean :)) the town nearby was so lovely as well.

Cute, well stocked, very clean, great AC. Nickolas was great host. He was extremely attentive and helpful.

A secluded yet convenient location, squeaky clean.

The house is in a very clean, quiet and in remote area of the island, which is what we wanted. The house and kitchen are well-stocked with everything we needed, including some local treats and wine, courtesy of the host, which we very much appreciated. There are not many tourists around. At night, you hear only the waves on the beach and the bells of the goats. 5 min walk to Psili Ammos beach. Spyros and his mother are amazing hosts, very kind and helpful and they go out of their way to help with any request.

Location, outdoor living space, hot tub, outdoor shower, covered veranda, baked goods and some of the supplies provided. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room at the back of the house was super convenient. The beach at Panermos was wonderful! Cantina Mitatos at the beach had great food and super service. There is also a newish place called Kantina Ligaridia which is an upscale food truck with plenty of outdoor seating. We ordered out and had the best greek salad to date. Try them both, you will not regret it!

Location is perfect with a private beach one minute walk and you are in the beach. Amazing view from the balcony as well.

The room was beautiful, and very comfortable with everything you need, even in the kitchen. It was clean, with a comfortable bed. Beautiful minimalistic decoration. It had a balcony with a table and chairs. The location is excellent, one block just off from the main road and restaurants. The owners are lovely people, very helpful.

The apartment was very clean and everything one needs was available (i.e. great kitchen equipment). The apartment was also cleaned every day and we loved the outside area. We were even given a cucumber from the garden one day. There was plenty of space and the bed was super comfortable! Within walking distance are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. I would recommend renting a car during your stay here in order to get around the island as efficiently as possible.
