The host welcomed us warmly and was always helpful with anything we needed. The villa is perfectly equipped down to the smallest details, and its location is great – close to a supermarket and the beach. The pool is wonderful, and the place itself is spacious and beautiful. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home in Malakonda, Eretria with my family. The hosts Tasos and Evangelia, always very helpful and kind. They have made improvements since our last stay a few years ago to the home and the outdoor pool area which makes it even more special. The location is perfect, great view and everything we needed for a 2 week stay! We will be back again.

It was close to the everything- the beach, restaurants and are absolute favorite, a one minute walk to a bakery. Free parking across the street was an added bonus.

Beautiful location with a panoramic view of the sea! The balcony and views were even prettier than expected & the host was very kind and responsive. We were happy to extend our stay & had many local restaurants to choose from along the water. Overall we had a magical time. (The area is a bit remote more remote, so definitely rent a car to get around.)

The place is wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Locations is excellent. You get to the sea in 3 minutes, and if you want an organized beach you have 2 options, 1 to the left (10 minutes) and 1 to the right (5 minutes). The distance to Eretria (with a good supermarket) is 5 minutes away, by car. The house is spacious, very welcoming, equipped with everything you might need and more. It has a front and a back yard, green and well maintained. The evenings are so peaceful, sitting in the cool garden with a glass of wine (the welcome basket was a nice gesture). Every information we needed was given with clear details and communication was very quick and effective. We want to thank for the hospitality and for the great time we spent there. It is a place where we will clearly return to.

This is an excellent hotel with superb services in a quiet part of Lefkandi. The beach is about one minute on foot (a sandy beech is 5 minutes away). The breakfast is rich with cereals, biscuits, candied fruits, homemade, fresh from the oven cake, etc. Our room was clean, we had a nice view towards the beach. The room had a fridge, oven, dishes, pan and cutlery.

The staff was exceptional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We visited the area to attend a wedding ceremony, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to stay more than 4 hours past the check-out time at no extra charge. They also provided free parking. Their flexibility and kindness made our trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place, and the view was really spectacular. Very kind hostess, who even provided us with juice, breakfast, and coffee. The kids loved the swinging bed on the balcony. I only wish we could stay longer !
