The manager and staff were absolutely lovely. Everything was smooth, professional, and made our stay much more enjoyable. Cannot recommend a better stay when visiting Malia.

The pool area is beautiful, "secluded" by the palms, and quiet. We enjoyed lying by the pool. Sophia always replied to our email inquiries (prior to our stay) in a timely manner- 5 stars for Sophia

Excellent and clean hotel... Very polite and helpful staff especially Martha she was amazing and controlled every aspect in the hotel. The breakfast beside the pool was very good .. The pool itself was in good size and very clean as well. There are a lot of parking places for cars or quads..

It was so peaceful and relaxing. Very clean and maintained. I loved getting a small map of the area upon arrival. Everyone was so wonderful to be around, even the housekeepers were very nice.

3 weeks since we're back home and I still remember dearly our stay at Le Palme. First things first - unbeatable service and all staff going out of their way to make you feel welcome. We arrived in the morning, our checkin was at 2pm and we went to humbly ask if we can leave our luggage at the reception to go enjoy the beach in the meantime. All agreed. Well, imagine the look on our faces when the host caught us on our way to get changed, to offer us the ready room if we wait for a bit till it got cleaned from the previous checkout. The room was ready for us at 11.30. That was not the only pleasant surprise - the staff was so lovely, gorgeous people! Georgiana and Manos were so helpful with everything you could ask for and more. Georgiana gave us advice and suggestions on absolutely everything in and around the area. We rented a quad for a few days and Manos was always moving it around so there would be no issues with the parking. The cleaning lady (lovely lady who was also pregnant) left our room sparkling every day of our stay there. They're all close and it created a cosy, family like vibe you could feel it to the core. Most of the evenings (if not all) it was Manos and his mother at the reception, oh what a lovely woman. Always greeting us, making sure everything was ok, and my compliments - an absolutely beautiful woman inside and out. If you get here and meet them, you can never go wrong - great people, big hearts! On our last day, we had the checkout in the morning whereas our flight was at 8pm, so Georgiana kindly offered us to keep our things at the reception for the day and recommended a beautiful place to visit before we got to leave. We went to Agios Nikolaos, beautiful harbour (to get there we took the bus from High Street and it was around 8 eur/2 people) And last but not least, the hotel was beautiful, the room exactly like the pictures and the terrace was huge. Totally recommend, you will enjoy!

Greatest hotel you could stay at in malia! Conveniently located on the beach and on the strip!

I stayed at villa no. 5 The property is a top notch! The private pool is huge and clean, and the room is super spacious and luxurious.

Perfect vibe. Pool , bar, amazing rooms, always clean. Every day new towels, cleaned, ready to enjoy. Perfect.

We were greeted with happiness and the staff was so helpful, showing us the best places to see on our trip. They were all so friendly and treated us like family. There was always someone to talk to if we needed anything. Breakfast was very good and they would accommodate any requests we had. The whole place was very clean and we'll maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is spa services with massage, jacuzzis, warm pool and sauna at a very low extra cost. There is also a pool and kiddie pool included with the stay. We definitely recommend this beautiful place in Malia.

Good convenient location with easy access to some terrific dining options. Front desk service was very good with excellent advise on restaurants in local walking distance vicinity.

The owners were very nice and took care of our needs, helped with parking, cooked good dinners, took the time to talk to us, very friendly. The location was close to the downtown and beach

A beautiful, spacious apartment in a family-run hotel. Lovely pool with a view of the sea and beautifully-manicured grounds. Kind and accommodating staff. We had a wonderful time, and would love to return.

It was very clean and the owners were very helpful with any questions. The location is perfect, walking distance to malia strip. Swimming pool is very good and clean too

Best hotel in Malia! Everything was perfect.

I had originally booked a one bedroom to have some separation with me and my friends, however when I arrived I was unsure if my friends would come so they offered me the brand new villa in the backyard with the understanding that my friends may show up at any time so they gave me an extra bed just in case. This Villa was amazing I had my own separate space from the hotel with two patios and views for days not only that but I was Steps from the pool and outside cabana with endless drinks. The staff aka at family was always at my becking call ready to assist in any way they could I had everything I needed the entire time, if I go back I will 100% stay here again even with all the choices in Malia. As far as location it is in the prime area Steps Away From all of the restaurants and nightlife however it stays relatively quiet, it is the perfect place in my opinion

Incredible location a few steps away from the beach Room with sea view - the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night Hospitable owner taking care of every guest and making sure our stay is comfortable and relaxing (he even gave us big box of milk free of charge)

Great little place, very clean and best of all you can use the pool next to the beach of la playa hotel. Great deal. The street is not very busy so no worries about noise. The owner is very friendly he called his son who could speak English to answer our questions.
