Amazing property and impeccable customer service

excellent location and great host

Everything about this hotel was exceptional—the room, the property, and especially the owner. Even though we arrived very early in the morning, everything was perfectly organized. The key collection, check-in instructions, and the thoughtful note waiting for us made the whole process incredibly easy and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The entire hotel was impeccably clean. There was even a party at the bar next door one evening, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing, we didn’t hear a thing. The owner’s restaurant recommendations were outstanding and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely fell in love with Sitia, and honestly, this hotel is one of the main reasons why. We would definitely love to visit Sitia again, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. One of the biggest advantages is the location. There is an affordable beach right in front of the hotel, as well as a beautiful, crystal-clear swimming pool. Having a kitchenette in the room was another great bonus.

The property was beautiful on the out side. The inside was dated but clean. My only issue was there were ants in the kitchen. I couldn’t leave anything out without the ants getting to it.

In a silent area the group and the manager a very nice and polity and help with anything you need The room is very big good for family’s The terrace has a crazy view beach can seat there for hours And in only 3 kilometers for the center of sitia a very beautiful area and all the people are very nice and welcoming I would recommend for people who came to came with a car

The apartment was very open , clean and spacious and had all the amenities. It's in an excellent location right by the sea and a ten minute walk to the center.

It was a perfect stay! The apartment has a huge terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and is a 10 minutes walk away from the city center or the beach. Even though the airport is near, it is behind the hill and you can't hear any noise. The walk up there is pretty steep, but the view over the city and the bay is totally worth it! Also, the host is very welcoming and helpful, she even offered us a ride from and to the ferry port and gave us recommendations for restaurants, shopping, rent-a-car, and what to explore nearby.

This apartment looks even better in person that it does in the pictures. It's large, clean, and very new at the time that we stayed. Ellie was an excellent host - met us at the door with the key and explained all about the apartment, and gave us a ton of amazing recommendations of what to do and places to eat in Sitia and the surrounding areas. We went to a lot of places we otherwise would never have found. Would definitely stay again!
