Family run and super friendly. Really clean, restaurant on site, pool, great views. The breakfast was exceptional - in all honesty, the breakfast was better than what you would get at most 5 star hotels. Over easy eggs cooked perfectly, fresh baked bread, fresh fruit, nice spicy olive oil, espresso/cappuccino, cucumbers/tomatoes.

Loved everything about this property. We were greeted and treated like family. The grounds and villas are stunning. Meticulously maintained. Breakfast to order was fresh, homemade and delicious. Above all, the special touches by the owners made us feel so welcome.

I like how the owner did all he can to accomodate us at arrival. The whole street had no electricity. And he try all his best to get us comfortable they are very friendly.

The Epitome Villa at the Porta Del Mar Beach Resort was stunningly beautiful and very comfortable. It felt like staying in a modern castle. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own private bathroom (always nice not to share) and own balcony. The layout was perfect as we could spend time together in the downstairs common areas or enjoy some quiet time upstairs in our own bedroom areas. The villa is set just behind the main property and offers a lot of privacy with its own fenced outdoor area and pool - or if you step over to the main property, you can enjoy the company of the resorts other guests. The main property has many gorgeous terraces and stairs built into the hill-side above the small private beach. The views are spectacular! The restaurant on property is also very good. We enjoyed the ease of the daily breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed having our own kitchen and dining room in the villa for laid back family evenings. I didn’t think we would use the private pool much - but it was a favorite place for afternoon naps. Wi-Fi worked great - important as we could not entirely unplug from work. The property owners/managers were very kind and welcoming. They made themselves available to assist us at all times - even during the Easter holiday!

Perfect location, far from busy areas, close to nice beach; great people!

Very attentive staff, gave good suggestions on where to visit and eat

Very good location from a partment to Zykynthos city 18 minute by driving, Bouka Beach, Paralia Tsilivi beach 7 minute by driving. The owner is very warm and really good take care, she came often to asked if we need some help or something extra but the apartment was perfect so we not really need anything extra. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking I enjoy the kitchen very much because I loved to eat fish and shrimps. In the kitchen room from the top floor you also can see view from the panorama window. I loved that. The balcony is the best that you can enjoy the view every morning every day and night and every day I can see a really nice view from our balcony. You can go to the beach very easy with the stairs in front of the apartment. Recomment to stay here. Perfect location, away from the crowds, very convenient to explore the island. Spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean house. Nice welcome with wine, fruits, cold water and nespresso capsules (much appreciated). Very nice yard with big place for the car. Good WiFi connection. Perfect communication with the host. We particularly liked that the host coordinated with us the cleaning times. On top of that, it is very good value for money.

The location, facilities and amazing host!

The apartment was absolutely perfect, offering everything you would need for peaceful vacation. Air conditioning in every room working perfectly, plenty of room for comfy sleeping, big patio with amazing view where we sat for each meal or just to relax and access to sea just few steps through private garden, nice for snorkeling. Also, private parking underneath trees is a big plus. The owner, Stella, is absolutely amazing, helpful and has a very cool bakery nearby, where you can get everything including birthday cake :) Our kid got sick during the stay and she helped us with arranging a doctor and extend our departure a bit, without any issue. Communication is seamless! it is on quiet part of the island but very close to every restaurant, beach or shopping you need. We were very, very satisfied. If you have kids and want to have a nice time, this is the one place to go.

Great view, confortable room, extremely positive, hospitable and kind owners, perfectly clean, the studio was cleaned everyday and also the towels and the sheets were changed with clean ones every day. Private parking. I strongly recomend Vasiliki apartments
