Vacation Rentals in Volos

The place was very beautiful and calm. The singing of birds was continuous the whole time which is amazing. From the garden we could see the city of Volos and the Pagasitikos gulf. Volos is 10 minutes ride and the villages of Portaria and Makrinitsa are also located very closeby (10-15 minutes drive). Vasilis welcomed us at the center of the village and guided us to the house, showed us were to park and the apartment. Everything was neat and beautiful.

EVERYTHING It is exquisitely decorated, superbly comfortable and extremely clean beautiful studio!

The cleaning staff member Ola was exceptionally kind and polite. We really appreciated her attitude and behavior.

The breakfast was fine, you get it served in a breakfast box of your choice - all the things inside were fresh and tasted good. Very convenient if you need to get up early and don't have time to eat elsewhere. Eating out definitely would be a better choice, tho. Location is great, it's a quick walk from the port, the bus and the train station which is amazing. The staff is so nice, willing to help you at any given moment. The receptionist even drove us to the port in the morning so we wouldn't miss our ferry :) They are the best. AND THE BEDS. THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE it is like you are in heaven. You will not regret staying here!

Good place on excellent location, close to the heart of the city. New building with elevator, close to everything. All inside is in place for nice short or long accommodation. I haven't had any complaint.

The room is well equipped, it is close to the port and exactly in the center of the city. It was easy to get in. The room was very clean, smells amazing.

Theo met us in the room to show us all of the amenities. The room was luxurious. The king bed was really nice and comfortable with soft sheets and four pillows! We were so comfortable, we almost didn't want to leave the room. The location was also perfect. We were next to all the restaurants and shopping galore, and there was parking across the street for a fee. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Volos. We will be back for sure!

Unlike other buildings, this one seems to have been built as a rental from the beginning, so it was comfortable and had a lot of amenities (we even used the washing machine). The host was there to answer all questions, provide us with what we needed, and always with a friendly face and smile. They did not charge us extra for the second kid we had in the apartment for the last two days. They also offered us parking for free once it was available The location and the large balcony. Although the view was somewhat by limited by the buildings, you did get a glimpse of the mountain.. It was a nice place to sit for a while, smoke, drink and relax.

Way the appt is arranged-very well organized and wonderfully themed. Excellent support by owner on how to get there-otherwise it would've been a nightmare. 7mins drive to ferry port

The location is perfect, right on the pedestrian shopping street with plenty of coffee shops nearby. The boardwalk is only a 5‑minute walk away. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for rest. Free parking is available close to the apartments. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

Centrally located. Really excellent location, steps away from shopping/restaurants/cafes/paralia. Beds/pillows comfortable. Blackout curtains/quiet. Nespresso machine and coffee. Friendly/helpful staff.

The property has a nice little balcony and a good parking place. It was central in Volos and had a neat, chic interior. The owner as close to the site, and very friendly and helpful with giving directions.
