It’s conveniently located about 10 minutes from the Chios town center. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is walking distance.

Hotel is so clean and everything is new and in a good condition (especially linens and towels are really good). Kitchen is full of basic needs(plate, glass, fork, spoon, pan etc.) We dont see any mosquito in room but there are some at garden at night. Staff speak English well. Extras like drinks are in affordable prices

The Venetis family are warm and welcoming, and want you to enjoy your time in Chios. The grounds here are serene and beautiful. Thanks for a great visit. I recommend visitors rent a car to navigate the island- it’s big and there’s a lot to see.

The landlord was so helpful and friendly. He helped us about everything needed during our stay. The apartment was very big and comfortable, too.

Every day my room was cleaned, which I wasn't expecting. Very nice property manager and he spoke English!

The host did everything good&easy for us. Received very detailed messages from the host beforehand including our bed preferences, key collection details, parking options and the location details. Upon arrival he was at the doorstep for welcome and a quick tour at the home and shared several dinner locations upon our request. Two story home was cosy, very well organized and exceptionally clean. We felt like at home…Host was so kind and even brought us a plate of donors ( “lokma” ) for breakfast:-) and very nice gifts for remembering Chios! This was one of the best vacations we have ever experienced not only the Chios’ calm beauty in November but also the best accommodation experience thanks to the host and beautiful Irene Mansion.

Helpful owner! Upon arrival he asked about our interests and marked a map with POI. Offered to arrange any taxi, tours or rental car. Always available to answer any questions. The room was spacious and spotless.

The bed is very comfortable. The room is spacious. Point studios is in the same group with Point tour office at the port, and you can rent car/bike/motocycle with guest discount with them. Right across the street there is a large super market. So buying food is easy.

Nice location if you have the car. You can go to Chios also with bus, 10-15 minutes. You have the sea in front of Studios, so you can take a bath just crossing the street. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Sabine is a very kind and friendly woman, a warm greeting to her!

2 families with 3 children 3 nights stay, it was very good. Rooms were enough, clean and comfy beds. Ormos beach right in front. Car park is awesome. When you close the windows almost no noice in the house. Air conditioners everywhere, and house is very clean. Owners are lovely, thanks Issidoros and lovely Rodope. Large frontyard by the way, enjoy.

The cleanliness of the room was perfect and everything we need was in the room. Dimitri was very friendly and attentive to us. I definitely recommend it.

This is a great apartment. Exactly as pictured. Despina is a kind and generous host. We are very grateful and enjoyed our stay. It is walking distance to the hips windmills, a shopping street, restaurants, and just across the street from a market. I recommend staying here.

Location is perfect for walking everywhere. That little terrace was wonderful for us. Kitchen has everything you might need. Host is very kind and helped us with everything. Definitely stay again.
